During this first meeting:

• I listen to your project and provide initial impressions and advice—free of charge.

• If you’d like a deeper study, I’ll take the time required to develop it.

How my service works.

• Initial contact via email or phone to set up a free on-site meeting—no time constraints.

• In this 1.5–2 hour meeting, I listen and assess your project.

• I send you a detailed quote for the landscape design study.

• Once approved, I return on-site to take measurements, photographs, and sketch initial layouts.

• I email you a questionnaire to better understand your needs, priorities, and preferences.

• Using all information gathered, I draw and color a concept plan, taking into account urban planning constraints.

• I present the project via a slideshow and short video (on-site or remote), immersing you in your future garden. We then discuss modifications—this meeting also takes 1.5–2 hours. The proposal then becomes your property.

We repeat the modifications as needed until we arrive at the ideal solution, at no additional cost.

Once approved, I provide two lists:

• A planting list (species, size, packaging, location). By clicking on the name of the plants, you open the technical sheets of the plants offered.

• A list of adjustments (you check the items to be priced).

• I contact relevant contractors, arrange visits, and collect their quotes.

• If you accept them, I supervise the implementation under your project management.

• A short video on my YouTube channel showcases the technology and tools we use to perform accurate site surveys and translate them into your landscape design.

Cost of the landscape design study.

• The quote is calculated proportionally based on the design work required.
